A mat based Pilates class, suitable for all ages and abilities. Booking essential, own mat required.

Zoom Subscribers Club Weekly Available via the free Zoom app.

A weekly pre recorded 45 minute class is available to members of the Zoom Subscribers Club. New lesson uploaded weekly.

Paracise is a standing exercise class to music. Exercises are aimed at improving posture, breathing, balance, co-ordination, flexibility and stamina. All exercises are low impact.

A chair based exercise class which includes Pilates from a seated position to promote and improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Cardiovascular exercises are included to aid activities of daily life. Always a fun, sociable class!

A seated class aimed at adults who may find standing classes challenging. Exercises are functional and promote and improve our daily activities.

Book by post

Choose the venue to suit your training needs. Print off form and indicate the classes you wish to attend. Then return your completed form to me before your class begins, with payment, to ensure your place is reserved.
