Pilates Winter Wellness Retreat@ The Millhouse, Santon

Join Pilates Isle of Man for a Pilates Winter Wellness Retreat @ The Millhouse, Santon. This is a residential weekend exploring the Pilates method of exercise, proven to increase range of movement, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, alignment, core strength, stamina and aid relaxation. Lizzy will bring her extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide an in-depth exploration of the original Pilates method and how it has been adapted over time to suit all ages and abilities.
The weekend will include morning and afternoon refreshment, plus evening meals, a two- course lunch, all in the fabulous setting of the Millhouse where we will have exclusive use of the house and beautiful gardens. There will also be a sauna, hot tub and wild swimming experience on the Saturday afternoon, followed by a 30 minute massage treat.
