  • Paracise @ Laa Columb Killey

    Join Paracise Isle of Man for this annual event in the parish of Arbory. After the school sports and the crowning of the Laa Columb Killey Queen, Lizzy will take to the main stage and lead the visitors to the show in an unique Paracise class. This standing exercise class to music is open to all and there will be some seated for those who may prefer a stable base. No need to book but anyone attending on the day will receive a voucher for a free class!

    £50 per person to include Lavender Farm tour and refreshment.

    Join Pilates Isle of Man, Soundology and The Manx Lavender Farm as immerse ourselves in the tranquilty of lavender field. This unique afternoon involves a 45 minute mat based Pilates class, followed by a 45 minute soundology session, all set outside. Please bring your own mat, cushions and blankets.     Pilates Isle of Man will be participating in this event. Lizzy will be leading one class in the Pilates method at 11:30. Please sign up to the event. Organisers will then release details of class schedules from which you may select the class you wish to participate in.

    Classes will be grouped according to Key Stages and will commence September 2022 and available in schools only.
