Paracise™ was created by Sarah Goldsack, a full-time fitness instructor with over 25 years’ experience. After being diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy, she decided to create Paracise™ as a low impact, low intensity exercise program, suitable for people who might otherwise find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who suffer from a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia or bad backs, or who are recovering from injury.

Paracise™ is designed to be effective, affordable, accessible and fun. Paracise™ can result in improved posture, core strength, increased flexibility, mobility and can reduce the risk of injury or pain. Lack of mobility can reduce our quality of life and age us prematurely.
